Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. You can collect up to 2,500 subscribers on one website and send as many notifications as you like, with no credit card and no time limit.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every new account gets all Growth features for 14 days, with no card needed. When the trial ends you stay on the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade, and you never lose your subscribers.
What counts as a subscriber?
A browser that has allowed notifications from your website and is still active. People who unsubscribe or whose browsers expire are removed automatically and don't count toward your limit.
What happens if I go over my subscriber limit?
Nothing stops working straight away. New visitors can still subscribe, and we'll let you know so you can upgrade. Sending pauses only if you stay over the limit for more than 7 days.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Which websites does Push Agent work with?
Any HTTPS website. We have ready-made plugins for WordPress and Joomla, and for other sites you add one line of code.
