Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. You can collect up to 2,500 subscribers on one website and send as many notifications as you like, with no credit card and no time limit.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every new account gets all Growth features for 14 days, with no card needed. When the trial ends you stay on the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade, and you never lose your subscribers.
Do I need Firebase or a Google account?
No. Push Agent uses standard Web Push with VAPID keys. Messages are encrypted on our server and delivered straight to each browser's own push service.
Which websites does Push Agent work with?
Any HTTPS website. There are ready-made plugins for WordPress and Joomla, and for any other site you add one line of code and one small file.
What counts as a subscriber?
A browser that has allowed notifications from your website and is still active. People who unsubscribe, or whose browsers expire, are removed automatically and don't count toward your limit.
What happens if I go over my subscriber limit?
Nothing stops straight away. New visitors can still subscribe and we let you know. Sending pauses only if you stay over the limit for more than 7 days.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately.
